Barbara L. (Nuzzolilo) Scardamaglia, 85, died peacefully on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at JFK Medical Center, Atlantis, FL. She was born in Providence, RI to Elvira Nuzzolilo.
Barbara pursued a nursing degree and worked diligently and lovingly as an LPN for many years. She later graduated with a hairstyling license and worked at that profession in Holden and Worcester.
Barbara is survived by two daughters; Ritza Elizabeth, and Lana LeBlanc (George); a son Mark Scardamaglia; her sister, Carolyn Onisko of Boca Raton; sister-in-law, Jolene Scuderi of Pennsylvania; two brothers John Scuderi (Catherine), and Victor Nuzzolilo; one granddaughter Isabella LeBlanc, and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a calling hour from 10 to 11 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at St. George Church, 40 Brattle St., Worcester.
